After You send the message “STOP”, You will receive a reply SMS message to confirm that You have been unsubscribed from the Service. Once You are unsubscribed from the Service, You will no longer receive SMS messages from Us. You may restart the Service at any time by ____________. 4. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP”, or you can get help directly from Us by reaching out to your Hajoca contact. 5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to You from Us and to Us from You. The number of messages You receive from Us per month will be based on the message type(s) You subscribe to and number of deliveries. Carriers, such as AT&T and Verizon, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 6. If You have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. 7. Hajoca will not rent, sell or share your SMS number with any third-party company for marketing or any other purpose outside of your day-to-day business with Hajoca, unless we have Your consent. 8. Hajoca may use or disclose Your SMS number in any of the following limited circumstances: a) We have your consent. b) We need to enforce our Terms of Service. c) We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights, or the legal rights of others, or defend against legal claims. d) We believe it is necessary to share Personal Information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Hajoca’s Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law. e) If the information is shared anonymously as aggregated information with others. For example, the number of people who used the Service in a given month or the total number of texts sent in a given week. 9.
